Shenzhen Qianhai Free Trade Zone Times Center Project: With a total construction area of 500,000 square meters and approximately 88,000 tons of steel used in the steel structure, the 168-meter-high sky bridge was lifted into place as a whole, setting a new record for the highest sky bridge under construction in Shenzhen. It is the first near-metro super-high-rise complex in the Greater Bay Area with the design concept of a "miniature city".

Zhuhai Hengqin Headquarters Building (Phase II): An urban complex integrating a large shopping center, high-end commercial street, and office buildings. The T2 tower has 58 floors and a structural height of 273 meters, while the T3 tower has 62 floors and a structural height of 283.8 meters. It adopts the SPI all-steel structure system, achieving the prefabricated construction of super-high-rise buildings.

Japanese Fukaya Garden Outlets Shopping Center: Featuring a steel structure with a partial two-story design, the building's exterior walls present a pleated appearance like origami, making it a distinctive feature of the shopping center. Its food court is located on the second floor, offering a dual view of the shopping center and the distant mountains.
